I AM TIRED. Done. Click publish. 
I was actually so close of doing just that but then I thought; Just do it. SO today was full of studying and I realised that this past week of October week vanished into thin air I mean it was just Monday yesterday right?! ;) Also managed to find some time for a walk/run for an hour or so and then because I had some... frustration left decided to go and kill some abs (not saying I have ones... but they are somewhere in there). 
School tomorrow... not looking forward to it. Maybe I'll watch another movie today and reward myself for all the hard studying I've done with some Nellie Dellies.

Was taking a power walk this afternoon after a shopping spree after so long because the sun was shining and for once the weather was clear (ish)! And so, even though I walk around my condo and the harbour quite a lot... I don't ever really look around I'm always just thinking and worrying about what song comes up next on my phone (I'm one of those people who CANNOT run without music). But for once I turned off my music and gave myself a chance to see how beautiful this place actually is. Love it here and I am already terrified of the moment when I have to leave this place... but for the time being I am gonna enjoy this lovely home of mine and not let my future scare me, because I still have... a few months... to decide about it. Try and do the same guys!

R E S T A R T

Just finished my breakfast (big bowl of apple&cinnamon oatmeal with almonds) after an hour of swimming. I feel so damn good I mean just can't describe how happy I am to be able to get moving again! I lost a total of 3 kg during this past month of hell, and I swear yesterday after that swim I felt tired. Did not feel proud of myself AT ALL. So, it is time for a restart. My goal is to get back into the shape I was when school started, i.e hoping to get my muscles back on track and growing! But now  I'll try and finish my final essay for IB, and then get ready for the first arm workout in forever. I have a feeling I'll be using the smallest weights possible haha. Wish me luck! x

G O O D N E W S

Guess what guys?! My results came for the last tests and it turns out I am FINE! Even though the mycoplasma test was positive, the other tests show that I have no viruses in my throat what so ever! Feeling over the mood now, but still gonna take it easy for a few more days (BUT I have to be honest and say that I couldn't resist the urge of taking a proper swim today, though just for 30 minutes, but still!).

It's finally October break (thank god!) and what would be a better way to kick off a holiday than a weekend at the spa and pool at a nice hotel? Nothing right? Had the best time and I feel like my legs have turned into two strands of overcooked spaghetti :D My mycoplasma results haven't been confirmed yet, but hopefully by tomorrow I'll know when I can return back to my old habits of gym and stuff. Anyways, the detoxifying body cleanse I had at the spa was AMAZING and feels good now that I can get all the rubbish out of my body. Also had an acne skin treatment and my skin felt like porcelain afterwords hehe (fell asleep in the midst of it oops!).

W H Y

So yeah hey again and sorry for the long pause. Have to be honest now and not hide the truth because well I am just a human, I am feeling a bit beaten down at the moment. I got sick again after being well for two weeks after my third set of antibiotics so went to the hospital for blood tests etc. and got the results back today. Turns out I have mycoplasma. Great. Couldn't be any better. So this means no gym for me or any exercise what so ever from now on till god knows when. And this on top of my stress about university and school is just starting to get to me. But hey we all have tough times in our lives so just gotta be strong right, and see the good things in everything that happens to us. Maybe this is just to show me how far I've come and that a break from all the strict diet etc. will help me see things differently. 

Anyways, since I was feeling down this weekend I decided to bake something that is NOT healthy and ended up making baby pink macaroons with raspberry jam filling and butter&sugar creme. And I don't regret a single mouthful. But now I gotta get my work done so have a great day everyone! x

I usually don't believe in protein supplements or anything like that, but when I saw that GNC here in Singapore sells QuestBars, I HAD to get one because my Instagram newsfeed is full of them! Turns out these are like a piece of heaven, I tried the chocolate chip cookie dough one and it was PERFECT. Only bad thing is they were $4.95 per piece :( I think that I had workout before I had it made it even better ;)
